The Onyx Bold Nicaragua was one of the finest examples of Nicaraguan tobacco you could ever smoke, and with the success of the Montecristo 1935, the Edicion Diamente, and the many other AJ blends under Altadis’ portfolio, it was a wise choice for Altadis to return to AJ to bring Onyx back!

The Onyx Vintage Nicaragua starts with a Habano wrapper from the 2019 harvest, in addition to fillers and a binder from Nicaragua. The aged wrapper provides a rich and hearty flavor, with notes of pepper, cedar, earth, and breadiness ringing through. Refined, yet powerful, the Onyx Vintage Nicaragua is an amazing expression of the passion behind cigars, one that I wholeheartedly recommend to you.
