Our prices will always be the best possible and we guarantee to price match any bonafide cigar specialist in the world on our regular range of cigars and other cigars and accessories, as long as they have available stock. Please note that we cannot guarantee to price match on any Aged, Rare and Unusual cigars.

We will always provide prompt and reliable advice and service by way of our highly trained Directors and Sales team.

We intend to deliver within 1-3 working days within the US from the day of your order and within approx. 3-5 working days for overseas customers. Normal delivery time is however "next day" providing you order before 1pm.

Our cigars are always kept in the correct conditions in our own purpose built walk in humidors. All orders are very carefully packed to ensure the cigars reach the customer in optimum condition.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for any order with a value of $50,000.00 or more for all the world orders (Except for large/heavy items click here for our full shipping charges).

Shipping Policies 

  • Orders placed by 1:00pm ET (Monday through Friday) will take 1-3 business days to ship out.
  • Drop shipping programs are available (email 450474870@qq.com for details).
  • Orders are shipped FOB PA.
  • Shipping delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.
  • Certain items, such as oversized merchandise, may require additional shipping charges.
  • Select items are excluded from certain shipping methods; please refer to the items with 'shipping constraints' for more details.
  • Any such charges will be noted during the checkout process prior to submitting your order.
  • I LOVE CIGAR Co., in accordance with some state’s tax laws, may be required to report all sales transaction detail to that state.
  • I LOVE CIGAR Co., in accordance with some state’s tax laws, may be required to collect (that state’s excise tax) and remit to that state.
  • Visit STATE TAX for details on your state.
  • State tax laws require a tobacco retailer’s license and sales and use license for each shipping address.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

The Delivery Way-International Shipping 

If you purchase a large quantity of cigars, such as 5-10 boxes of cigars, after you place the order, the actual shipping fee will be charged when the cigars are shipped. The excess shipping fee will be refunded to your bank card account within 3-5 working days.

Returns Policy

Please understand that once you place an order on our website, you have already signed a purchase contract with our company, and we cannot accept returns without reason.

No quality problems, unpacked, used and no returns. 

If the product is damaged, it will be resend or will be refund some part of the compensation.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within ONE week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (20-25 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
